📢 We’re Hiring: Junior Social Media Assistant and PA

Are you eager to learn, passionate about social media, and ready to grow your skills in a creative, fast-paced environment? Click Culture, a social media company based in Krugersdorp, is looking for a Junior Social Media and Personal Assistant to join our team!

This role is perfect for someone starting their career—you don’t need to know everything yet, but you’ll learn as you go. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a love for communication and creativity.

đź“Ť Location: Kenmare, Krugersdorp (West Rand)
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
đź’° Salary: To be discussed at the interview, depending on skills.

What You’ll Do

As part of our team, you’ll learn and grow while helping us:

  • Develop and Execute Content Plans: You’ll receive guidance on strategy, research, and direction to craft engaging social media content.
  • Collaborate with Designers: Work with our team to bring content ideas to life through visuals, videos, and more.
  • Schedule and Manage Content: Use tools like Sprout Social to post across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Community Management: Learn how to engage with and respond to our social communities.
  • Assist with Administration: Handle tasks like checking emails, compiling reports, and conducting research.
  • Support Creative Efforts: Help with video creation for Instagram Reels and TikTok, with full training provided.
  • Assist the Graphic Designer: Knowledge of Canva is a bonus but not required—you’ll learn as you go!

✅ Loves Writing and Communication: Whether it’s crafting captions or responding to DMs, you value clear and engaging communication.
✅ Has Attention to Detail: You’re great at catching mistakes and keeping things organized.
âś… Is Social Media Savvy: You use platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook and enjoy creating or engaging with posts and videos.
✅ Is a Quick Learner: You don’t need all the skills yet, but you’re excited to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.
âś… Has a Creative Eye: A good understanding of how content and visuals work together is a bonus.
âś… Is Positive and Proactive: You get things done and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
âś… Lives in Krugersdorp or the West Rand: You can reliably commute to our office full-time.
